At Sterling, Williams & Associates LLC, we’ve been in the business of helping people through life’s toughest transitions since 2010. We first made our mark by assisting homeowners facing foreclosure—guiding them through short sale negotiations and working as licensed listing agents in Illinois and Missouri. Our mission was simple: treat people like humans, not transactions, and help them find a path forward when it felt like doors were closing.

Fast forward to 2023, when we saw another need in the housing market. We entered the mid-term rental space, providing fully furnished, hassle-free housing to traveling medical professionals and corporate clients. That move taught us something important: a place to stay is good, but a place to feel at home is even better.  Thus the birth of our DBA  Greenridge Properties.

Now, in 2025, we’ve taken everything we’ve learned—compassionate service, real estate expertise, and an eye for creating comfort—and expanded into the government lodging sector. Our goal isn’t just to provide a bed for the night; it’s to deliver an experience that makes every guest feel valued, cared for, and supported while they’re away from home.
